Lead Graphic Designer

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role’s primary responsibility is to create & design artwork to support the overall ministry of Shoreline City Church.  This will consist of designing screens, social images, rave cards, posters, banners, web and app content, hand-held signage, etc.  It will be key that this individual raise up a team of volunteer designers help support this area of the Creative Team.

This individual needs to be able to multitask and healthily support all ministries within Shoreline City Church.  This role will collaborate with the Creative Team to produce any items on the calendar for church-wide departments. It is vital for this individual to understand and connect the completed work with the overall vision of the church.

 

Raise up Culture-Carrying Leaders

  • Build a team of culture-carrying leaders to help execute the vision

 

Execute Art & Creative Vision of Church for Pastor Oneka

  • Work with Art Director to conceptualize and team to execute creative vision of the church
  • Think globally
  • Grow and manage a team of graphic designers to carry out creative vision
  • Design posters, rave cards, merch, screens, directional signage, etc. to support all ministries and special events of Shoreline City

 

Skills Necessary

  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • High proficiency in Adobe After Effects would be a plus
  • Photography skills and ability to capture shots necessary for art and design imagery
  • Grow and manage a team of graphic designers to carry out creative vision
